What you will do

• Carry out complex technical investigations on pre-litigated credit hire claims valued over £25,000.
• Review and analyze case files throughout their lifecycle in accordance with client guidelines.
• Formulate initial strategies and assess intelligence (KYO) strategies.
• Conduct telephone negotiations with third-party solicitors and liaise with the insured.
• Manage a caseload of DA & NDA files under the supervision of a Technical Supervisor.
• Ensure all processes comply with ISO 9001 and SRA standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling Credit Hire files and managing a personal caseload.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Bolton, UK.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree or LPC is preferable.
• Strong verbal communication and telephone negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and experience with Case Management Systems.
