What you will do

• Support and coordinate the creation of dynamic web ads for the regional tech support team.
• Ensure banners meet the highest quality standards and comply with brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Liaise with account managers, sales managers, graphic designers, and web developers.
• Update internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• About 6 months of professional experience.
• Experience in customer or internal stakeholders support.
• English and Polish: minimum B2 level required.
• Must be based in Poland.
• Excellent communication skills, accuracy, and meticulousness in assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Linguistics, or similar.
• Interest in online marketing, ecommerce, or IT.
