What you will do

• Take full ownership of daily operations and project execution within the AdOps team.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the workload of the team to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Utilize hands-on expertise in CM360 for campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients and senior leadership.
• Provide strategic recommendations for innovative and non-standard advertising solutions.
• Champion the adoption of AI and new technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing teams, complex digital projects, and time management in an agency or ad-tech environment.
• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or willing to work in a hybrid model from the office.
• Absolute proficiency and hands-on experience in CM360 and other adservers.
• Fluent spoken English for confident communication with international clients and leadership.
• Strong consultative skills and a proactive mindset for driving initiatives independently.
• Demonstrated interest in AI implementation and new technological solutions.
