What you will do

• Co-create and implement audience planning and communication strategies for clients.
• Purchase and monitor online media campaigns across various platforms.
• Analyze target groups and optimize ongoing advertising activities to improve performance.
• Prepare detailed reports on executed campaigns for client review.
• Create professional recommendations and presentations based on data insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing.
• Residency in Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven optimization.
• Adaptability to evolving campaign goals and priorities.
