What you will do

• Guide clinical product strategy to ensure features reflect real-world care delivery needs.
• Translate primary care workflows and value-based care priorities into clear product requirements and user experiences.
• Represent the voice of clinicians by gathering provider insights and analyzing feedback to prioritize usability.
• Establish clinical quality standards and validation processes to ensure safety and performance of new capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging healthcare technologies and industry trends to identify future product innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to align clinical goals with technical execution.

Requirements

• Active MD or DO license with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related primary care specialty.
• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of direct primary care experience, preferably in community-based or outpatient practice environments.
• 3+ years of experience contributing to healthcare technology products, clinical informatics, or digital health initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead clinical discussions and influence product decisions with non-clinical teams.
• Strong understanding of value-based care models, including risk adjustment and HEDIS/Stars programs.
