What you will do

• Develop and execute data-driven promotional plans and thematic campaigns.
• Manage CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Shape the end-to-end player journey and personalize communication.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaign effectiveness using A/B testing.
• Contribute to game feature development and in-game economy balancing.
• Benchmark brand strategies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and monitor KPIs.
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Vienna, Austria.
