What you will do

• Research and create engaging social media narratives that translate race moments into digital content.
• Execute publishing workflows, including scheduling and adapting content for different platforms.
• Support the Social Media Manager in day-to-day coordination and fast-paced campaign cycles.
• Monitor channel performance, audience reactions, and cultural/platform trends.
• Maintain brand consistency regarding visual language, tone of voice, and motorsport positioning.
• Assist with live content delivery and rapid workflows during race weekend operations.

Requirements

• Experience at an entry level.
• Must be based in or able to work from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria.
• Ability to operate within a flexible part-time structure aligned with race calendars.
• English: Proficiency required as the main company language.
