What you will do

• Define and own the global Trade Marketing strategy for the Limited Service Restaurant (LSR) segment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Trade Marketing team.
• Drive global and regional customer partnerships through joint business plans and brand assets.
• Enable local markets to translate global strategies into effective execution roadmaps.
• Develop long-term roadmaps for consumption activation, menu integration, and visibility.
• Influence key stakeholders to ensure brand differentiation and competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Trade Marketing with a proven track record for global brands.
• Deep understanding of the On Premise industry, trade dynamics, and route-to-market models.
• Experience negotiating with Global and Regional Key Accounts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market trends into actionable opportunities.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.
• Must be based in or able to work from Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.
