What you will do

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with client business goals and marketing strategies.
• Own end-to-end delivery of implementations to improve platform performance and customer engagement outcomes.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, client workshops, and develop proof-of-concepts and technical estimations.
• Build and optimize complex data models, multi-BU architectures, and automation frameworks using Automation Studio, SQL, and DESelect.
• Optimize legacy Salesforce environments by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best-practice solutions.
• Plan and execute data migrations while ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation with a focus on Marketing Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Automation Studio, SQL, and DESelect.
• Salesforce Developer or Architect certification plus at least two additional certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Proven experience architecting end-to-end solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and email marketing best practices.
• English: Upper-intermediate or higher required for daily collaboration with international clients.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
