What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers and partners to align hirify.global solutions with their business and technical requirements.
• Lead the technical validation process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and managing Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams to influence product roadmaps and features.
• Collaborate with sales, partner ecosystem, and customer success teams to develop account plans and drive solution adoption.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, author technical whitepapers, and represent the company at technical speaking engagements.
• Analyze competitor offerings to develop differentiation strategies and identify key advantages for specific use cases.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture for enterprise software solutions.
• Practical expertise with Linux systems, open-source software, cloud computing, and container technologies like Kubernetes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions effectively to diverse audiences, including CXO-level executives.
• Proven track record in designing scalable, secure, and reliable complex enterprise solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Clari to manage pipelines and track technical validation.
• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
