Location: Remote-first within the EMEA region (must operate in CET and GMT timezones). Preference for candidates based in Paris with an option to work from the office.

What you will do

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts adopting conversational AI to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where voice AI can drive engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop account strategies to expand presence within key enterprise verticals such as healthcare, government, and finance.
• Partner with customer success and solutions engineering to ensure smooth onboarding and account expansion.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on emerging trends in generative AI and voice interfaces.
• Maintain deep expertise in the AI Agents landscape and competitive solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with AI, generative AI, or API-driven products.
• Deep understanding of the French ecosystem and enterprise procurement/legal processes in France.
• Proven success closing seven-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
