Salary: $220,000 – $350,000 + Equity

Wispr Flow is developing a next-generation voice interface designed for daily use by billions, having rapidly scaled from $2M to $50M in ARR.

What you will do

• Own billing end-to-end across consumer, B2B, and bundled product offerings.
• Enable rapid deployment of new SKUs and pricing experiments within days.
• Maintain and reconcile billing state across RevenueCat, Stripe, and Sequence.
• Build out enterprise billing capabilities including seat-based and usage-based pricing and cost centers.
• Expand international payment coverage across 30+ currencies and 50+ payment methods.
• Develop comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure zero-failure charge reliability.

Requirements

• Proven experience building billing systems for multiple business motions.
• Experience executing seamless payments migrations.
• High level of responsibility and technical thoroughness.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to solve problems with high constraints and complex edge cases.
