What you will do

• Drive operational excellence by building clear processes, cadences, and reporting mechanisms for R&D.
• Manage the PI domain, tracking progress and identifying risks to provide visibility to leadership.
• Partner with R&D, Product, Finance, and HR to align priorities and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects from definition to execution with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and resolve operational gaps in development workflows to increase transparency.
• Implement AI tools and automation to improve recurring workflows and team productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in TechOps, R&D Operations, or Program/Project Management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, release readiness, and cross-team dependencies.
• Proven ability to build structure, dashboards, and operating cadences in complex environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without authority.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or no-code/low-code solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
