What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery, planning, and prioritization for a multi-disciplinary engineering group.
• Manage engineers and product owners directly while fostering a high-accountability team culture.
• Provide technical guidance in partnership with architects to ensure system quality and reliability.
• Connect squad deliverables to broader business outcomes and strategic goals.
• Participate in leadership discussions regarding roadmap, resourcing, and long-term strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and team growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role with experience managing managers.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in a product-led environment.
• Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or equivalent.
• Ability to distill complex technical challenges into clear direction for the team and leadership.
