What you will do

• Lead cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists developing LLM-based applications.
• Translate product goals into technical roadmaps, milestones, and delivery plans.
• Own end-to-end delivery including architecture, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and improvement.
• Design LLM workflows with RAG, tool calling, agents, deterministic logic, and human-in-the-loop.
• Establish evaluation practices, quality metrics, regression tests, and observability standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and manage priorities across multiple work streams.

Requirements

• 8+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years in technical or team leadership.
• Solid background in ML/LLM foundations and classical software engineering.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong understanding of modern architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native design.
• Fluency in python, typescript, javascript, SQL, NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG, agents, prompt management, and evaluation.

Nice to have

• Background in NLP, search, data-intensive systems, or applied data science.
• Experience with vector search, embeddings, LLM observability, MLOps, or ML platforms.
• Experience with enterprise LLM apps, CI/CD, k8s, data pipelines, GCP.
