What you will do

• Define data ownership, stewardship, and governance roles and responsibilities across the organization.
• Develop and implement data policies and standards to ensure data meets business and strategic objectives.
• Establish data quality standards and KPIs, facilitating the reporting and publishing of quality metrics.
• Leverage and integrate data governance tools and technologies to automate governance processes.
• Educate staff and coordinate training needs within the data supply chain to promote data management.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and report governance initiative status to senior management.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven track record of delivering change in complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and champion new ways of utilizing data effectively.
• Based in or able to work from London (UK), Berlin, or Heidelberg (Germany).
