What you will do

• Develop and evolve the enterprise data governance framework, including data dictionaries and quality rules.
• Own the data quality strategy, performing profiling, cleansing, and root-cause analysis across core platforms.
• Lead a network of data stewards across departments like Product, CRM, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and AML/KYC obligations.
• Oversee master data models and metadata management to ensure consistency across all brands.
• Prepare documentation and evidence for regulatory audits and internal governance reviews.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in data governance principles such as lineage, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools like Collibra, Alation, Informatica, or Atlan.
• Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into practical guidance for technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working with complex datasets in digital or data-rich environments.
• Background in sectors such as iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in North London, UK.

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and player behaviour.
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and multi-market compliance requirements.
• Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
