What you will do

• Design and execute the standalone Finance GTM structure, including hiring SDRs, AEs, and pre-sales consultants.
• Define the operating model, territories, quotas, and compensation plans for five European markets.
• Own the Finance domain P&L, including pipeline, conversion, ACV, and revenue targets.
• Lead sales efforts personally in the early stages to build playbooks and validate market entry strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to prioritize feedback and align cross-functional efforts.

Requirements

• Proven entrepreneurial experience building a business line, market, or team from scratch.
• Strong sales background with a track record of carrying and beating quotas.
• Experience hiring and coaching sales teams, ideally across multiple countries.
• Fluent English required; working proficiency in Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, or German strongly preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate field signals into product roadmap influence.

Nice to have

• Finance domain fluency (Spend Management, FP&A, AP automation, or ERP-adjacent SaaS).
