What you will do

• Manage technical and operational risks for a fast-paced, multi-asset electronic trading business.
• Develop sustainable systems and services using automation to ensure uptime and performance.

• Collaborate with software and infrastructure owners to resolve hardware and network issues.
• Lead incident and crisis management efforts.
• Consult on system design, platform management, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, Java, or shell scripting.
• Strong aptitude for algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Experience with Linux operating system internals and networking concepts.
• Ability to triage and resolve complex issues in high-pressure environments.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
