What you will do

• Maintain scalable, secure, and resilient high-availability cloud infrastructure handling petabytes of data.
• Operate and improve GCP environments across GKE, GCE, VPC networking, IAM, and cloud security.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm Charts.
• Architect and manage complex CI/CD pipelines using Python, Node, and Java.
• Manage large-scale production networks and high-traffic applications.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, post-mortems, and continuous reliability improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or cloud operations.
• Expertise with GKE, GCE, VPC networking, cloud security, and IAM.
• Advanced Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes Helm experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Node, and Java, with experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Linux internals, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, CDN, and load balancing.
• Experience managing large-scale production networks and high-traffic applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCS, Cloud SQL, Spanner, Memorystore, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Dataproc, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Observability and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience migrating legacy on-premises infrastructure to GCP.
• Background in large-scale internet companies or Big Tech environments.
• Experience processing petabytes of data and providing architectural mentorship.
