Compensation: $140,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and operate core platform services supporting high-scale distributed systems.
• Develop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure to improve engineering velocity and reliability.
• Build frameworks for the construction and orchestration of agentic, intelligent applications.
• Drive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines and automation to increase deployment speed and confidence.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to evolve shared infrastructure and observability standards.

Requirements

• 2-9 years of experience in software engineering within fintech, cloud infrastructure, or distributed systems.
• Production experience in AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability services.
• Demonstrated experience building agentic developer tools or frameworks.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration improvements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
