Salary: Monthly gross ranges from €3,228.38 to €4,118.45 depending on the host site.

What you will do

• Develop novel methods or technical developments within hirify.global’s expertise for broader scientific service application.
• Undergo structured training in the operation, management, and science policy of research infrastructures.
• Build professional networks through secondments and job shadowing at hirify.global and partner organisations.
• Contribute to fields such as bioinformatics, AI/ML, optical engineering, robotics, or biotechnology.

Requirements

• Ph.D. must be obtained by September 30, 2026.
• University degree in a relevant STEM discipline.
• Experience in technology development from academia or industry.
• Fluency in English (excellent communication skills).
• Proven research potential demonstrated by publications, software, patents, or technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in the improvement or development of methods and techniques specifically for service provision.
