What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and apply protocols for human normal and tumour organoid cultures.
• Maintain patient-derived 3D organoid lines and ensure proper storage of primary human material.
• Perform single-cell profiling and genomic screening of organoid lines.
• Collaborate with computational researchers to analyze data and formulate scientific hypotheses.
• Support genomic library preparation and perform meticulous sample tracking and quality control.
• Generate reliable data for publication and maintain accurate records of experimental results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or related life sciences field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in cell culture.
• Proven experience in tissue culture and patient-derived organoid models (primary 3D/matrigel).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in human tissue processing, histology, and immunohistochemistry.
• Experience with genomic techniques, transfection, and knockdown experiments (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9).
• Experience handling large-scale research projects.
