What you will do
- Map repetitive business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and revenue functions to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Own automation delivery from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, production release, and ongoing improvement.
- Build workflows with platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, and Workato.
- Design and deploy AI agents using LLM APIs, RAG, and memory patterns for ticket classification, document extraction, summarization, and other business workflows.
- Build internal tools with AI coding assistants, progressing from business-validated prototypes to production systems.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, ticketing, and productivity systems through APIs and webhooks, while documenting automations and training process owners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and reliable output generation.
- Practical experience with at least one AI automation platform, including n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit to ship complete projects end-to-end.
- Understanding of AI agent design, deployment, RAG, and agent memory concepts.
- Strong communication skills and experience with complex business systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, or Gong; familiarity with revenue and marketing workflows is important.

- Experience automating or supporting go-to-market and revenue-adjacent processes.
- Experience with lead enrichment, campaign reporting automation, lead scoring, or pipeline data hygiene.
