What you will do

• Convert product concepts into manufacturable CAD models and production-ready documentation from initial sketches.
• Iterate designs rapidly using AI-generated concepts, customer feedback, and market data.
• Develop innovative consumer products across multiple categories in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Prototype, test, and validate product designs to ensure quality before launch.
• Establish and optimize an AI-powered product design workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Industrial Product Design or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating full-cycle consumer product development.
• Advanced CAD skills and experience preparing manufacturing drawings.
• Deep understanding of materials and processes (plastics, textiles, foam, metal, silicone).
• Ability to quickly sketch and communicate visual concepts.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania

Nice to have

• Experience designing for D2C or eCommerce brands.
• Knowledge of packaging design and user unboxing experience.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and product validation.
• Experience with AI design tools.
