What you will do

• Provide leadership and coaching to assigned teams to meet safety, quality, service, and cost goals.
• Maintain a visible presence on the manufacturing floor to manage performance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, support conflict resolution, and facilitate team meetings.
• Oversee production operations, including investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions using RCA and 5 Why methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including KPI improvement and process optimization projects.
• Manage staffing levels, maintain cross-training matrices, and participate in recruitment and selection.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving techniques.
