NPI Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials for new and existing product lines.
• Support the seamless transfer of new products into commercial production.
• Identify and implement manufacturing efficiency improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and collaborate with external suppliers on tooling and materials.
• Coordinate installation, calibration, and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Create and manage critical process documentation, including PFMEAs, validation protocols, and quality records.

Requirements

• Degree in an Engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
