NPI Process Engineer (New Product Implementation)

Location: On-site in Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €3,000–€3,600 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials for new and existing products.
• Support the transfer of new products into commercial production.
• Identify efficiency improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and suppliers on equipment, tooling, and materials.
• Coordinate equipment and process installation, calibration, validation, and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
