Salary: €3,200–€5,000 gross per month

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Maintenance team, driving a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Define and execute the site maintenance strategy to ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
• Establish and maintain the CMMS system, including maintenance plans, asset data, and documentation.
• Drive preventive and reliability-focused maintenance practices using PM, TPM, and RCM methodologies.
• Manage equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and manage the annual Maintenance budget and optimize spare parts inventory.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Kaunas, Lithuania.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of maintenance management in a manufacturing plant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Science disciplines.
• Experience with TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, and RCFA methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP, CMMS/EAM systems, and SAP.
• English and Lithuanian language proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Predictive Maintenance Methodologies such as Vibration, Thermal, Ultrasound, and Oil Analysis.
• Advanced skills with MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
