Technical Support Engineer (Switches and Sensors)

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania; remote work from home with occasional visits to the Kaunas office

Salary: €2,360–€2,660 gross per month

What you will do

• Provide technical support on switch and sensor applications to customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with business development, product management, sales, and engineering teams to identify, qualify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Deliver technical training, seminars, and product demonstrations for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Build market intelligence on the EMEA switch and sensor market, including competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Identify product updates and support future product development with product management, R&D, and engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Up to one year of experience in electronics, product design, technical sales, or a similar area.
• Fluent English required.
• Effective communication with customers and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and motivation for long-term projects.
• Availability to travel within Europe for a few days each month.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of another European language.
