What you will do

• Review account onboarding and maintenance documentation to ensure all regulatory requirements and signatures are met.
• Perform AML and KYC due diligence to identify red flags and safeguard the firm during client onboarding.
• Execute data input for account setup and verify that suitability reviews are completed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and PWM teams to resolve onboarding issues and implement new policies.
• Evaluate product requests, such as options and margin, to ensure they meet regulatory and firm standards.
• Identify process improvements and conduct comprehensive system testing and regression analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of financial industry experience in AML or Client Onboarding Regulatory roles.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks within operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills for establishing relationships with Business and Federation partners.
