What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
• Support the Market Head in developing and executing the team's business plans and financial targets.
• Actively engage in business development and prospecting for new high-net-worth client relationships.
• Ensure team compliance with AML, regulatory, and credit risk policies as the first line of defense.
• Drive synergy and collaboration across internal business units and product teams.
• Review revenue figures and provide strategic guidance to optimize client portfolio management.

Requirements

• Strong experience in private banking or wealth management leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of the Greater China and North Asia financial markets.
• Proven expertise in risk management, AML regulations, and internal control frameworks.
• Must be able to work onsite in Singapore.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to manage credit incidents and regulatory reporting requirements effectively.
