UX Researcher Junior (Product Design)

What you will do

• Support Research Operations, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
• Maintain and update the team’s research repository and knowledge libraries.
• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies under guidance.
• Create interview scripts, surveys, and other research instruments.
• Analyze and synthesize data from transcripts, notes, and survey responses.
• Develop research reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Maze, or Typeform.
• Previous experience conducting interviews or applying questionnaires in academic or personal projects.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Position exclusively open to People with Disabilities (PCDs).
• Must be based in Brazil.
