What you will do

• Guide clients in transforming ideas into tangible, scalable products.
• Plan and execute UX research on a project basis.
• Contribute to client design systems and accessibility standards.
• Facilitate workshops and creative problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with design and technical leaders to ensure timely delivery.
• Align business objectives with user needs through effective design advocacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland or the UK
• Minimum 6 years of commercial experience in product design.
• Deep knowledge of UI design for web, mobile, and enterprise/B2B software.
• Practical experience across the full product design lifecycle.
• Extensive knowledge of design tools like Figma or Miro.
• Professional proficiency in English.
