What you will do

• Analyze and interpret customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition in NetSuite ARM according to IFRS 15.
• Manage the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and reconciling deferred revenue and unbilled accounts receivable.
• Partner with Sales and Legal teams to review contracts and maintain documentation for audit requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate manual tasks and enhance internal controls.
• Support external audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales Operations, and Billing teams to ensure alignment on billing and revenue accuracy.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and revenue recognition principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite ARM or Salesforce CPQ.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and drive technological advancements in accounting processes.
