What you will do

• Own the monthly revenue recognition process in compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606).
• Prepare and review revenue schedules, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Bookkeeping, Billing, Sales Ops, and CS to ensure contract-to-revenue accuracy.
• Handle customer billing inquiries and manage PO processes via enterprise procurement portals.
• Coordinate with external auditors on revenue-related audit procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in the revenue cycle using AI tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• CPA qualification with a Big 4 background.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP / ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to automate workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with Priority ERP or Salesforce.
• Professional background in the SaaS industry.
