What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of two Revenue Accountants, setting goals and providing coaching.
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in compliance with IFRS 15 standards.
• Review and analyze complex contracts to determine appropriate revenue treatment.
• Drive automation of revenue workflows and reconciliations using SQL and AI tools like Claude.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain strong internal controls.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product teams on revenue-related matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management or accounting.
• Prior people-management or team-lead experience is required.
• Strong experience with IFRS 15 is essential.
• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in SaaS or high-volume data environments and proficiency with SQL for data extraction.

Nice to have

• Experience at major international accounting firms (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, or PwC).
• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Proficiency in Workday or Chargebee.
