What you will do

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts while maintaining cash flow forecasting.
• Support and analyze SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, Churn, and ACV.
• Develop scalable accounting systems for global operations and refine internal procedures to support business growth.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors for compliance and lead the Tax R&D program.
• Optimize treasury practices to manage cash and investments.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop top finance talent to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Confidence working with ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operational stakeholders.
• Experience in a high-growth tech SaaS business is a strong advantage.
