What you will do

• Manage daily data center operations, including power, cooling, space, and environmental controls.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and operational procedures to maintain high availability and resilience.
• Coordinate facility activities with infrastructure, network, storage, and platform teams.
• Lead incident response for facilities-related events and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements across the data center.
• Manage vendor performance for facilities services and plan capacity based on demand forecasts.

Requirements

• Experience managing or supporting data center or critical facilities operations.
• Hands-on experience with power, cooling, fire suppression, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Ability to manage incidents, change activities, and maintenance windows in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external vendors.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English are required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto HQ on a hybrid basis.

• Experience supporting customer-facing or managed services environments.
• Familiarity with capacity planning and lifecycle management for data center facilities.
• Experience preparing for and supporting internal or external audits.
