What you will do

• Act as a product manager for IRE funds and mandates, coordinating with Portfolio Managers and Distribution teams.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts by managing client pipelines, supporting roadshows, and handling due diligence.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and maintain high-quality digital marketing collateral.
• Manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs), surveys, and questionnaires.
• Provide high-touch investor relations services and manage fund communications via portals and meetings.
• Oversee investor onboarding, AML/KYC updates, and recording data in systems like Salesforce and Investran.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Sales, or Product Management within asset management (Real Estate preferred).
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is required.
• High proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Investran, Viaduct).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
