What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for global hotel business systems aligned with operational efficiency targets.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead core agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and third-party vendors (e.g., Oracle, Opera) to deliver scalable system increments.
• Serve as the primary business contact for hotel operations, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
• Ensure all system changes comply with global security, brand standards, and data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering enterprise software, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Proven track record managing hotel business systems (PMS, POS, CRM, loyalty).
• Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/AliCloud).
• Fluent Mandarin and exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Direct experience with Opera Cloud or Oracle EPM/PPM solutions.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with remote and cross-regional teams.
