What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision and multi-year roadmap for global hotel business systems aligned with operational efficiency targets.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead core agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Partner with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and third-party vendors (e.g., Oracle, Opera) to deliver scalable system increments.
- Serve as the primary business contact for hotel operations, regional leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure all system changes comply with global security, brand standards, and data privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering enterprise software, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven track record managing hotel business systems (PMS, POS, CRM, loyalty).
- Deep experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/AliCloud).
- Fluent Mandarin and exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Direct experience with Opera Cloud or Oracle EPM/PPM solutions.
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with remote and cross-regional teams.
