What you will do
- Define and articulate the lg-term product visi and strategy for omni-channel experiences in China.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey across Retail, Wholesale, WeChat (DTC), and China Marketplaces.
- Lead the prioritizati and executi of product roadmaps in collaborati with Engineering and Design.
- Integrate local market insights and customer behaviors into global product strategies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product organizati in China.
- Leverage data and AI-driven capabilities to enhance customer engagement and retenti.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a track record in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in the China digital ecosystem, including WeChat and local marketplaces.
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actiable product roadmaps.
- Strg technical acumen to collaborate with Engineering architecture and scalability.
