What you will do

• Drive company-level AI initiatives from concept to launch, covering industry research, product definition, and user testing.
• Analyze DeFi and stablecoin market trends and on-chain data to produce decision-ready research memos.
• Develop PRDs and manage the full product lifecycle through development and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to maintain alignment on goals, pacing, and risk management.
• Produce bilingual (CN/EN) internal and external materials to support strategic business decisions.
• Utilize advanced AI tools like Claude and Cursor to optimize personal productivity and output.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; senior undergraduates or graduate students preferred.
• Fully bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken) with the ability to switch fluently.
• Hands-on trading or on-chain experience with a clear understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
• Demonstrable interest in AI through personal projects, GitHub contributions, or technical writing.
• Ability to independently decompose ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Must be based in Hong Kong.
