What you will do

• Plan and launch listing campaign products, including referral rewards and promotional events to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Analyze spot trading rules and user behavior to develop effective growth strategies that increase traffic and trading volume.
• Identify business problems and opportunities, driving solutions from initial ideation through to final execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, risk management, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliant and successful product launches.
• Define and monitor key performance metrics, using data and user feedback to continuously optimize product outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management, preferably within crypto, trading, or fintech sectors.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to structure complex problems and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep interest in and understanding of crypto spot trading products and market dynamics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
