Salary: €60,000 – €85,500 base / €66,000 – €93,000 OTE

What you will do

• Define and evolve platform capabilities to make the product faster to build, easier to scale, and ready for AI-powered experiences.
• Partner with engineering and feature teams to integrate AI and automation to simplify configuration and setup for IT teams.
• Collaborate with other platform and feature PMs to design reusable, high-impact components and integration points.
• Translate technical abstractions and trade-offs into clear product outcomes and measurable roadmaps.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies to ensure cohesive and reliable platform evolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong analytical skills for structuring ambiguous problems and connecting technical trade-offs to business value.
• Proven ability to engage with enterprise IT teams and translate complex concepts into clear outcomes.
• Professional-level English proficiency, spoken and written.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
