What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable automation and observability platforms operating at national scale.
• Drive technical initiatives from concept to production, balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members through code reviews and pair programming.
• Collaborate with network engineers and product teams to translate operational needs into technical software solutions.
• Develop complex full-stack solutions, including streaming data pipelines and AI-powered automation systems.
• Establish engineering best practices and coding standards to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production software, preferably using Golang and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments, event streaming platforms (Kafka), and real-time data processing.
• Proficiency with observability tools (Grafana, Victoria Metrics, Elasticsearch) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain or PyTorch.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like N8N or Temporal.
