What you will do

• Oversee ongoing IT projects and monitor their progress to ensure stability.
• Provide organizational support through planning and coordination to maintain work pace.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Manage client communications and coordinate activities with the development team.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
• Maintain transparency through detailed project status reporting for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading multiple IT projects, specifically platform rebuilds and website projects.
• Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycles and team operations.
• Ability to organize teamwork and manage the delivery phase of a project.
• Proven experience working directly with clients.
• English: C1 (Very good command) required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland.
