What you will do

• Manage internal and client-side staffing, including DM calls and interview scheduling.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for engineers.
• Handle performance management, promotions, and relocation for assigned team members.
• Manage financial operations, including monthly billing reports and processing over 70 invoices per month.
• Track time logging and prepare responses to Client's Request for Service (RFS).
• Maintain account organizational structures and provide reporting for leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Agile Delivery or Project Coordination, ideally in IT Outsourcing.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing multiple agile teams of up to 7 FTE.
• Proficiency in risk, communication, and change management.
• Ability to manage contractual terms and financial reporting.
• English: Upper-intermediate level (B2) required.
