What you will do

• Own the delivery plan and timeline for SDK initiatives, releases, and documentation updates.
• Maintain a dependency map across DevRel, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to identify and escalate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness for each SDK release or major update.
• Track progress in Jira and maintain accurate delivery status reporting.
• Run recurring program meetings and maintain Confluence documentation for processes and playbooks.
• Improve the request intake process and surface operational metrics to the Product Lead.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in delivery or project coordination, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or developer platform environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of SDKs, APIs, and developer integration workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify bottlenecks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and SDK distribution.
• Experience with developer-facing documentation or onboarding flows.
• Familiarity with self-service/PLG growth models.
• Experience working with distributed, async-first teams across multiple timezones.
