What you will do

• Lead the delivery of large, complex initiatives across multiple product squads and strategic programmes.
• Create clarity, focus, and momentum to enable teams to deliver valuable customer outcomes consistently.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to align priorities and execute roadmaps.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and navigate complexity with confidence.
• Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement using data and delivery metrics.
• Coach and mentor delivery professionals to raise capability across the broader delivery community.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, England.
• Strong background in Agile delivery and team performance optimization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams within a large digital business.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Skilled at managing risks, navigating ambiguity, and solving problems proactively.
• Credibility and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
