What you will do

• Architect the provider-partnership CRM and design durable account hierarchies for clinicians, clinic locations, and enterprise medical groups.
• Build a provider prospecting data layer and account-scoring systems using NPI, claims data, and external enrichment providers.
• Create coordinated outbound workflows and AI-assisted agents for stakeholder discovery, outreach drafting, and CRM updates.
• Engineer an omnichannel referral-ingestion layer to automate processing from fax, forms, APIs, and QR codes.
• Integrate GTM tools with internal databases and lifecycle platforms to ensure end-to-end attribution across the patient journey.
• Partner with product and engineering to build secure provider-facing dashboards and compliant reporting workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or growth engineering.
• 3+ years owning CRM architecture, GTM automation, or technically complex revenue programs.
• Advanced SQL and ability to write production-quality Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Deep fluency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, or similar CRM platforms.
• Production experience with LLM-powered research, extraction, or agentic automation.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, provider partnerships, physician networks, or multi-location organizations.
• Familiarity with eFax, EHR integrations, HL7, FHIR, eligibility, or NPI data.
